What items are returnable?
- Any item that has not been deliberately damaged, and candles that have not been burned. If you wish to return your item, SpiritualiTEA will send you a return shipping label and provide you with instructions on how to mail out the item you wish to return.
Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to me, so if you are not satisfied with your product, please feel free to return it for a full refund or replacement of your product.
If your item ARRIVES to you broken or damaged, please send me a brief message using the Contact tab at the top of this page and we can discuss the possibility of a return/refund or a replacement of the item.
Refunds will not be distributed to anyone who has delibriately damaged their item. Refunds will also not be distributed to anyone who is unable to provide proof of purchase, either through the name given on the order placed, or order number.
Replacements for Broken Items
If an item arrivces to you broken, SpiritualiTEA will happily replace the item free of charge and will send you the replacement within 7-10 days of the replacdement request being placed. See our FAQ for more information on replacements.
Liability and Legal Disclaimers
SpiritualiTEA sells many items marketed as magickal/spiritual and also offers spellwork (see the Spellwork page). With that being said, SpiritualiTEA has the right to cancel your order or spellwork purchase and distribute a refund for any reason. Any spellwork performed, act of divination, or spiritual item sold on this shop (deity candles, intention oils, etc.) are strictly for entertainment use only. By purchasing from SpiritualiTEA, you understand that Hannah Wallace cannot guarantee specific desired outcomes or effectiveness. Upon purchase (if you are purchasing a physical item, this is under the assumption that your item arrives unbroken and in tact) SpiritualiTEA/Hannah Wallace cannot be held liable for any results that do/do not come about. SpiritualiTEA is also not responsible for any misuse of spellwork purchases or any spiritual items purchased. Spellwork and magickal items sold through this website are for entertainment and novelty use only.
