1.) What do I do if my item arrives broken or damaged?
At the top of this page, click "Contact" where you can send me a brief message about the situation, and whether you'd like a refund or a replacement of your product.
2.) I have a question about my order. How can I contact you?
If you go to the top of the page and select "Contact", you can send me a message and I will do my best to reply to you within 1-3 business days.
3.) How do I return my item or get a refund?
Please visit the "Policies & Disclaimers" page linked at the top toolbar! Or, feel free to email me using the Contact Button at the top of my store page.
4.) Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I will ship to any location in the world. If for some reason, your country is not listed as an option, please email me using the Contact button at the top of my store page and I will happily fix it for you.
5.) What if my order gets lost in the mail?
I will ensure that you get a replacement item free of charge. Please email me using the Contact button at the top of my store page to tell me what is wrong with your order.
6.) Can you make my order broom-closet friendly?
YES!! By whatever means necessary. If you are in the broom-closet and you do not want your loved-ones to know that you are buying from a witchcraft related shop, I will do everything in my power to keep it that way. My packaging is also non-witchy and discreet.
7.) How long will it take for my package to arrive?
After you order, you can expect a processing time of 7-10 days. Once your order is shipped, it will arrive to you in 2-5 business days if you live in the U.S., and 1-6 weeks if you live outside of the U.S. Once your package is taken to the post office, how long the package takes to get to you is outside of my control.
8.) Why is your processing time so long?
I am a one-woman business! I make, package, and advertise this business all by myself. This does not include the time it takes for me to film my other content on TikTok, run Patreon, and everything else that I do for my platform. I want to make sure that your order is perfect, and not rushed. Therefore, processing times are a bit longer than the average small business.

Yes, but I am very particular with who I will perform spells for. See my "Spellwork" page to learn more.
10.) Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, but not directly through my website. Please use the contact button at the top of my website to discuss wholesale inquiries.
11.) Do you have merch?
SpiritualiTEA will slowly begin introducing merch items such as T-shirts, stickers, coffee mugs, and more! These items will be sold by a manufacterer, and will be shipped to you directly from them. This means that they will arrive SEPARATELY from non-merch items. For example: if you order a T-shirt and a Deity Candle, the two items will be shipped separately, arrive in different packages, and may even arrive at different times. You will also receive two separate tracking numbers.
If you receive your merch item and it is damaged, broken, or misprinted, please let me know using the "Contact" button on my shop. I will contact the manufacterer to let them know that something was wrong with the order so that they can send you a replacement for your item.
Merch items can be sold internationally but will be subject to international shipping prices.
